TPCGS GENERAL MEETING

April 9, 2024

 

 

The special meeting was called to order at 11:00 by President Tim Ward. He welcomed those in attendance and Nathan Dylan Goodwin to our meeting. He thanked him for his attendance and gave him the screen. Nathan introduced himself, his qualifications and presented his topic, Finding Henry. The presentation gave viewers many hints on finding records in Great Britain.

 

Nathan graciously answered questions after his presentation, which was recorded and will be on the TPCGS website until May 8, 2024.

 

Tim announced that he would replay the recording in the evening at the regular meeting time and place, 6:15 at the Parkland-Spanaway Library.

 

The live morning Zoom meeting had 30 attendees, 13 TPCGS Members and 17 Guests from various Washington genealogical societies.

The evening replay had 10 attendees, 7 Members and 3 Guests.

2 Members, Julie Ann Hebert and Tim Ward, attended both meetings.

 

The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. in order to vacate the library meeting room by 8 p.m.
